What you are buying
Describe each product separately: the mentorship (a service delivered over eight weeks with a fixed start date and twenty places) and the two digital blocks (digital content, delivered immediately). They carry different cancellation rules, which is why they need separate wording.
Cancellation and refunds
This is the clause to get right. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 a distance contract carries a 14-day cooling-off period. For digital content the trader must not begin supply before that period ends unless the buyer has given express consent and acknowledged that the right to cancel will be lost. So the checkout for the two digital blocks needs a specific, unticked box saying exactly that — otherwise someone can download everything and claim a full refund on day thirteen.
For the mentorship, if the cohort starts inside the 14 days you can charge for what has already been delivered, but only if the buyer consented to early performance. Reform under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act was moving through in 2026, so check the current position before publishing.
Then set your own policy on top: session cancellation window, missed live sessions, cohort transfers, and whether places are refundable once a cohort begins.
Health, and the limits of coaching
You are a coach, not a clinician. State that nothing here is medical advice, that clients must complete health screening honestly, that they should consult a GP before starting — especially if pregnant, postnatal, or injured — and that they stop and seek advice if something hurts. Confirm you hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Your material
Programmes and videos are licensed for personal use, not for sharing or resale. Say what happens if that is breached.
Payment
Price, currency, VAT position, instalment terms, what happens on a failed payment, and who processes the card details.
