Book a cohort call
Twenty minutes, free, on video or the phone. I ask what you're currently doing and what's stopped working, then tell you honestly whether the mentorship is the right thing for you. If it isn't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
What to put in it
The more of this you include, the more useful the call is. Twenty minutes goes quickly if we spend it on background.
- Roughly what your training week looks like right now.
- Which back exercises you currently do, and how they feel.
- Where the discomfort is, if there is any.
- How many days a week you can genuinely commit to — not the number you wish.
- A few times that suit you, including evenings or weekends if that's easier.
You don't need to prepare anything else. No forms to fill in beforehand, no video to send. That comes after, if you join.
Nothing is committed by emailing. It's a conversation, not an application.
Questions before you email?
Most of them are answered on the mentorship page — what happens each week, what equipment you need, what happens if you miss a session, and whether you can pay in instalments.
